The Device Medics has been open for over a decade and handle a wide variety of professional skills, including photography and videography, aerial drones, cell phones, home automation, and computers to touch on just a few. We design and create, analyze and repair, and experiment. We believe in repair versus replace whenever possible! We are located in Boardwalk Village Shopping Center just off the Martin Luther King Expressway also known as the Hot Springs Bypass. We are directly across Central Ave. from Chili's Bar & Grill. We pride ourselves on honesty and integrity with our clients. Never having advertised, we are an organic small business built upon trust and doing our absolute best. We pride ourselves on pricing, performance, and quality and consider our customers family!

How We Started
The Device Medics opened its doors in 2014 as a simple cell phone repair shop and has grown each year. Boardwalk Village has been a perfect home to both our office technicians and our customers. We work weekly with all major Cellular Service Providers to ensure that both their customers and their referrals are taken care of with the highest standards of care. AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and Cricket are just a few of our partners. We also work with large institutions located in Hot Springs, AR. Magic Springs is a long time partner and we value their commitment to us and our commitment to excellence!
What We Do - How We Do
The Device Medics started and remains focused on cell phone repair but we do so much more. We repair pretty much any electronics as well as come to customers homes to install everything from WiFi routers and Networking to complete Networked Commercial Camera Systems. No job is too small or too big. Our sister company, No Limits Aerial Photography and Videography does everything from Real Estate Photography to Aerial Drone Photography for weddings, real estate, and special events.
